The Wellness & Beauty Hotel Avita, valued throughout, situated in the heart of the most famous spa city in the world, Karlovy Vary, has been newly opened in 2008 after a complete renovation. All the rooms are equipped with luxurious, highly regarded, elegant Italian furniture. In October 2008 our own cosmetic, and above all, beauty and wellness center, including a plastic surgeon clinic, will be opened. For your free time we would like to offer you individual or group excursions, very much appreciated, to Czech, German, or Austrian destinations, arranged by our own travel agency. The Hotel Restaurant offers you different international and national kinds of cuisine, valued throughout, including special meals, for example for vegetarians. You might also be interested in renting one of our brand new Mercedes-Benz cars on your own.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
