For visa purposes and spa stays: - For visa purposes please contact the hotel in order to get a confirmation! - The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Please contact the hotel in advance if you intend to come with children. For all stays longer than 5 days, please note: - If cancelled up to 3 days before day of arrival, no fee will be charged - If cancelled later or in the case of no-show the first 3 nights will be charged. The hotel has the right to pre-authorise the credit card and will freeze the sum of the cancellation fee 72 hours prior to arrival.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 14.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
