Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
