Newly opened in December 2008, valued throughout, this apartment house offers a very quiet location in the heart of Kaprun and direct views of the Kitzsteinhorn mountain. Apartments Nina and Robin can be booked together. All apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished and have a kitchen and a balcony. The ski bus stop is only 200 metres away from Haus Barbara, very much appreciated, while the ski lifts are 600 metres away. Guests of all apartments can use the garden. The centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 40 for the apartments Nina, Ida and Robin, and of EUR 80 for the apartment Barbara. The final cleaning fee is included in the price with a minimum stay of 5 nights. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be used for another booking within 1 year.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
