The nearby Kitzsteinhorn is Salzburg's highest lookout mountain, surrounded by many three-thousanders. Panorama terraces at more than 3,000 metres above sea level offer fantastic views and panoramas.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 6 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
