Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person when using existing bedding.  One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 15 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years is charged EUR 25 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged EUR 45 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 16 years is charged EUR 55 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
