Our atmospheric apartments are very spacious and are equipped with a complete kitchen, one to four bedrooms and one or more bathrooms. All apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture.

Hotel details

The building that houses the apartments was originally a small hospital that functioned as such for half a century. That explains the large spaces, the robust architecture and the solid massive construction. That is why Kitz Residenz also feels a bit like a fortress; its own, strong character was completely preserved during the renovation. The sanitary and electric facilities and the used materials are of course completely adapted to the demands of today. All apartments come installed with a luxury kitchen and sanitary facilities of the highest level.

The service costs are EUR 22.50 per person per week. There is also a one-time surcharge of EUR 50 for stays of less than 7 nights. The booking amount has to be paid through a bank transaction. You will receive an e-mail from Kitz Residenz with a confirmation number that you will need to make the payment. The deposit will be charged on arrival and will be refunded when you leave the apartment in a good condition.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 42 days prior to arrival and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  EUR 22.50 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
