Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All reservations made with debt cards will be authorized in advance for the full amount of the reservation. Please note: Only dogs under 75 pounds are allowed to stay on property.

Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 16.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.23 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.72 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
