Frsan Plaza has a 24-hour coffee shop offering international cuisine. In addition to this, round the clock room service is also available.

Airport pick-up is available upon request prior to arrival. Tourist visas can be obtained at Bahrain International Airport or at the King Fahad Causeway for: - Citizens of the European Community, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong. Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom; and - Visitors who have been resident in the GCC for a minimum of six months, and who posses a return visa for the country of GCC residency. If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
