Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 150 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
