If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
