Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 55.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
