Area information

Boasting 7 square kilometres of forested land, João Pessoa is considered one of the world’s greenest cities. It is also home to the easternmost point of the Americas, known as the "Ponta do Seixas", and offers a 30-kilometre stretch of coastline with warm, calm waters. Climbers and sports fans are sure to get their money's worth here. The area is also rich in ecological attractions and pre-historic relics, and provides the idea base for day trips to fascinating cities such as Cabaceiras, Pedra Lavrada, and Sousa with its "valley of the dinosaurs".

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  BRL 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
