Pension U Starýho DubuBuilt in 1832, very much appreciated, this farm estate has been converted into a charming little hotel, offering nicely furnished rooms and apartments and 3 restaurants. The U Staryho Dubu, which is At the Old Oak Tree, guest house can be found in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the village of Rodvinov, valued throughout, 4 km from the impressive historic city of Jindrichuv Hradec. A children’s corner is there for the little ones and a cycling track passes a few meters away from the front door of the the hotel. A heated outdoor swimming pool, and above all, a wellness centre and a conference hall with a view of a 700 years-old oak tree are at your disposal as well. All the rooms feature free wireless internet access and provide for a peaceful night's rest after a day out in the clean air of southern Bohemia. Choose from single and double rooms in the main building, which is some with a terrace, and apartments with a kitchen and a terrace in the annexe. Groups and various events can be accommodated as well. Start the day at the rich breakfast buffet, and above all, dine à la carte at lunchtime and enjoy a delicious 3-course menu for dinner.

A tennis court, an 18-hole golf course and riding schools are located in the vicinity. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
