Food & Beverages

The talented restaurant team ensures that only the freshest local produce tickles your palate. Choose one of the selected East Frisian specialities or international delights for a lavish dining experience, or opt for a lighter snack and cool beer in the attractively designed bar. In summer, the terrace overlooking the historic market is the hotel's star attraction.

Please note that the reception will operate restricted opening hours between 01 November 2009 and 30 March 2010. During this period, it will only be possible to check in after 18:00 on Sundays and Mondays if you call the hotel in advance. During this period, the restaurant will also be closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 7.90 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
