Our spa world offers all ingredients for well-being: beauty department, indoor and outdoor pools, herbal bath, steam grotto, hay relaxation zone, Kneipp facilities, whirlpool, solarium, infrared cabin, relaxation rooms with waterbeds, disco sauna for children and teenagers, and stone pine outdoor sauna with a panoramic window.

Food & Beverages

The Panorama Board offer includes: - Varied breakfast buffet with organic corner - Small afternoon snacks and home-made cakes - Tyrolean spring water, tea and fruit juices all day long in the spa area - In the evening Chef Andreas Raich conjures up delicious dishes from organic products: 5-course meal with a choice of dishes, salad buffet, theme nights, special wellness meals, and much more.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 8 years are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
