Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 8 years are charged EUR 23 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
