Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 is our cosy dining room. Dinner is a 5-course meal (choice of dishes) with a salad buffet, featuring Austrian, international and vegetarian dishes. There is also a special meal for children. Dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00. In the afternoon we offer a buffet with home-made cakes between 16:00 and 17:00. In winter a skiers' snack is available between 12:00 and 13:00.

Pets are not allowed in the dining room and in the spa area.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 11 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
