Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 20 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 8 to 11 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
