The rates given are for tourists holding a foreign passport. For guests holding an Israeli passport, an additional 16.5% VAT will be applied by law.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged USD 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged USD 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
