Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per stay is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs SAR 92.00 per person.  Breakfast costs SAR 46.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
