Reception opening hours : Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 22:30 Fridays from 07:00 to 21:00 Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 20:00 Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive out of these hours. On the day of arrival room keys can be collected at the reception from 09:30 (no check-in). When arriving in the evening, a self check-in terminal is at your disposal (family name or booking reservation number required).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
