Furthermore spa and massage treatments are available for your indulgence. The Grand Ballroom has a maximum capacity of 750 people and there are 7 meeting rooms. The hotel's facilities are finished off by the Flora Florist, The Rock Cafe, Gossypium Lounge and Viola Restaurant.

Maximum occupancy 2 only. Supplement applicable for extra person (extra bed and breakfast).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
