Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to the front desk area, the lobby, meeting rooms and dining area until August 30, 2009. During this time, certain areas will not be available for guest use.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
