Capella Ixtapa features 3 on-site restaurants that serve everything from gourmet cuisine to casual dishes. A Mares restaurant serves modern Mexican cuisine from a variety of regions for dinner. Las Rocas restaurant offers fresh seafood and customized dishes for breakfast and lunch. The 3-level Terrace Bar boasts stunning sunset views, live music and a variety of light fare. The full-service bar features one of the largest selections of tequilas.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % Tax is not included.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
