Plaza Mexicana offers a buffet breakfast and Mexican buffet for dinner. Las Velas serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also 5 bars located throughout the resort featuring innovative cocktails and international brand drinks.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. All-inclusive amenities and resort fees are determined by the property and are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 103.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
