Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15.00 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 55.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 60 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
