Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 09:30 to 12:30 If you plan to arrive outside these opening hours, please contact the residence at least 72 hours in advance to get the access code. The breakfast buffet is not available on Sundays or bank holidays.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
