The residence offers you many services including as weekly cleaning or in additional cost as breakfast in form of continental buffet (except on Sundays and bank holidays) The residence is open from Monday to Friday from 9 :00 to 12 :00 then from 14 :00 to 19 :00 and is open on Sathurday from 9 :30 to 12 :30. If you plan to arrive outside this its opening hours, thank you to contact the residence to get access codes at least 72 hours before (Check in from 3 p.m. the day of arrival. Check out before 10 a.m. the day of the departure).

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
