The reception is open every day of the week. However, reception is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 12:00 to 14:00.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 45.00 per week.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
