Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to the resort. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: coolers and personal beach/pool chairs are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs USD 3.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged USD 10.00 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
