Iowa City offers a wide selection of gourmet fare, but you need not leave our hotel to experience excellent cuisine. In fact, we are the only downtown Iowa City hotel to offer multiple on-site dining options. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 21 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 12.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
