Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
