Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further children under 5 years are charged USD 10.00 per night for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
