Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
