Spend an enjoyable evening in the games and TV room, or keep in touch using the free Wi-Fi in public areas, or the pay-as-you-go internet point. You can also explore the local area on the bikes which can be obtained free of charge from the Vall Skis reception.

The published rates for stays on the 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 5 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
