Food & Beverages

The Big Apple restaurant is located on the ground floor leading out to the pool deck. It serves breakfast from 06:30 to 10:30; lunch from 12:00 to 18:00; and dinner from 18:00 to 22:30. The hotel also offers a 24h Express Deli that serves packaged-to-go light snacks and a 24h Coffee and Cocktail Bar.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 100.00 per hour.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs ZAR 100.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs ZAR 90.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast costs ZAR 135.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
