Travel information

By Train: The Dalesway Hotel is just a matter of metres from Ilkley railway station. A regular train service runs to and from Leeds City railway station, 7 days a week. There is also a regular service to and from Bradford's Forster Square railway station. As you exit Ilkley station, turn right and follow the path down to the right. The hotel is approximately 200 metres further on, by the main set of traffic lights.

Area information

Situated in the very centre of the pretty tourist town of Ilkley, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station. There is a regular train service from the centre of Leeds and Bradford. The hotel is also conveniently situated only 15 minutes’ drive from Leeds Bradford International Airport. The Dalesway Hotel is only 150 metres from the River Wharfe, one of the country's fastest rising rivers. The Wharfe has some stunning riverside walks and it is also, of course, the start of the famous Dalesway walk itself. A visit to Ilkley would not be complete without calling in at the world famous Betty’s Tea Rooms, which are also only a short stroll from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
