Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 19 per person per night.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 23 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 50 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 100 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
