The Red LionClients appreciate the hotel Hotel in Hythe offers exceptional hospitality in comfortable, very much appreciated, friendly surroundings. Recently refurbished to an excellent standard, valued throughout, the Red Lion in Hythe is now under new ownership and offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, a cosy traditional bar and comfortable en suite rooms. The bar offers a wide selection of lagers and local ales, highly regarded, as well as spirits, an extensive wine list and a variety of teas and freshly brewed coffees. The friendly and relaxed bar has comfortable leather sofas in front of a real wood burner. From bar snacks to the à la carte menu, very much appreciated, all of the food is freshly cooked, using only the best quality, locally sourced produce. There is also a secluded garden area with a gravelled area with seating and a large grassed area beyond. Each individually decorated en suite room has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The menu changes regularly to reflect the availability of fresh, and above all, seasonal ingredients.
