Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 20 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8 per person per night.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 5 per night per child under 8 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
