Customers should be advised that there are compulsory New Year gala dinner on 31 December at the hotel and it costs 360 USD per person excluding the beverage,beverages will be charged on consumption basis.Please note that the gala dinner is included in the room rate .Children will be charged as 50% from the adult rate as per Egyptian Law, alcohol consumption is only allowed to over-18 year old.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged USD 52.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
