On the 24th of December the Christmas Gala dinner takes place. It is optional and has an additional surcharge. On the 31st of December the New Year Gala dinner takes place and the price is included in the room rate. On the 6th of January the New Year's eve dinner party takes place and the price is included in the room rate.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per room per night is included.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
