The hotel has family rooms and superior rooms, which both have a connected room. Rooms feature a terrace or balcony. Family rooms have a 9 m² sleeping area for children.

Food & Beverages

El Hambra Restaurant is the main restaurant and serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. El Shamousa Bar (pool bar) serves beverages and large snacks to bathers throughout the day, while the Lobby Bar is the perfect place for an aromatic Arabic coffee and traditional tea. Located on the resort's beach front and offering a selection of cold drinks and snacks, the Beach Bar is open until sunset.

Customers should be advised that there are compulsory gala dinners at the hotel on both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Children aged 3 to 12 years pay 50% of these supplements. Children below the age of 3 attend for free. Supplements are already included in the room rate, while any child or children supplement/s will be calculated directly at the hotel at the time of visit.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 9.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
