All of the hotel’s 25 charming rooms are stylish, attractive and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you would expect in a hotel of this calibre. Each room features state-of-the-art in-room entertainment, including flat-screen TVs. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Please note that the hotel does not provide extra beds and cots in all rooms. Please advise if you need one.

The hotel offers a range of dining options including a friendly and relaxed Brasserie, the Atrium Lounge and a traditional bar serving real ales, fine wines and excellent bar meals. The grounds include a patio area for those warm summer days. There is a large secure private car park with free parking for hotel guests. For business guests, the hotel’s modern Cygnet Suite can accommodate up to 55 delegates and includes the latest audiovisual and conferencing equipment.

Food & Beverages

The dining facilities range from a friendly relaxed brasserie, situated in the atrium, to the restaurant, which offers an excellent choice of menu and an extensive wine list chosen specifically to complement the cuisine. The restaurant provides elegant yet comfortable surroundings in which to enjoy the delicious meals created by the chefs. There is a splendid choice of dishes on offer, from an exciting and constantly changing menu, as well as a wide range of carefully selected wines. The restaurant uses only the finest, freshest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. All of the meat is British and is sourced from the local butcher. The hotel also offers a less formal menu in the surroundings of the brasserie or the bar. The new Express Lunch menu for weekdays represents excellent value. Continental and full cooked English breakfasts are available to both non-residents and guests. The generous and tasty English breakfasts are freshly prepared and cooked to order by one of the chefs. The Town Bar, with its beams and wood panelling, is a welcoming place to sample the hotel’s range of local ales or to enjoy an aperitif or a glass of wine before adjourning to the restaurant. Alternatively, you can order food with your drinks and relax in the bar’s friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
