Manor Cottage affords level access from street level, without steps, useful for a pushchair/pram or the elderly and disabled access. Manor Cottage may be booked together with Tranquility Base for larger groups of up to 16.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
