Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Pet accommodation is based on availability and will incur a non-refundable deposit. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room and each pet must be under 75 pounds.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
