There are several on-site dining options available at the hotel. Café on the Lake provides a casual dining experience, complete with views of the lake. The Black Golf Bar features a saloon-style environment, complete with sports games, cocktails, appetizers, pizza and much more. The hotel also features a High Tea service, held in the lobby.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Only the King Room has the capacity for an extra bed.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
