Yotel will contact you prior to arrival to specify arrival and departure times as these can be changed depending on your requirements. If arriving into or transferring at Heathrow Airport you must go through immigration after landing at Heathrow to stay at Yotel. All bookings paid for by credit card will be subject to a charge. There is no charge for debit card transactions.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
