Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
