Our hotel was renovated in 2004, with attention to detail and a personal atmosphere. 16 contemporary single and double rooms await you in a central and quiet location without traffic.

Food & Beverages

We offer a diverse range of freshly prepared, healthy and seasonal cuisine. As head chef, the guesthouse owner runs this private restaurant. Special dietary requirements can be catered for upon prior arrangement, including diabetic meals, plain diet foods and vegetarian dishes. A wellness breakfast is available from 07:30 until 10:30 and also from 06:15 upon request. A self-service drinks fridge is available, including Bad Meinberg mineral water, Detmold beers and a selection of fruit juices. In addition, we offer a wine selection comprising the produce of select German vineyards.

Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 20:00. Late check-in is possible if you inform us beforehand. We will then arrange access for you via an electronic door opening system. You will receive your access code one day before arrival. Please note that for bookings that are made on the day of arrival, we need to be informed about your late check-in before 17:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 4 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
