As well as free Wi-Fi wireless internet access in the rooms, the Lawn Guest House also offers a computer with internet access for guests’ use. Children are welcome and the guest house has an attractive garden for residents to enjoy.

Food & Beverages

A full cooked English breakfast is available from 07:00 until 08:45. For those with early departures, an extensive self-service continental breakfast is available from 03:00 to 07:00 by prior request.

Early or late check-in may be possible by prior arrangement with The Lawn Guest House.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 5.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
