For the business traveller, our easy-to-find location, combined with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi and easy access to Exeter, make Home Farm a perfect base for those conducting business in and around the South West. The entire hotel has undergone substantial renovation and refurbishment between 2005-2007. All public areas feature Axminster carpets, fine leather and natural wood. Bedrooms have all received attention and include new carpets and many have completely new tiled bathrooms. In-room toiletries are perhaps the widest range you are likely to find in a small hotel. Even the thatched roof has been completely renovated. With 12 rooms and parking for up to 30 cars, you can be assured that parking will never be a problem.

Food & Beverages

Food and wine are things of passion at Home Farm. Chef Dennis Riistofte provides some of the finest food in East Devon in our Rosette-winning, Michelin-listed restaurant open to non-residents. Show-casing fine local produce prepared to perfection!

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
